*** Turnaround Time~ Please Note! ALL orders are created AT the time of purchase. Due to the high volume of sales, orders are taking a little longer to go out than usual than my standard creation times, and I am in the process of updating all listings to reflect this. I am 1 woman/mom doing everything start to finish- from designing, cutting, sewing, packaging, shipping, answering emails and convos, and of course all that being a mom entails. Please know I appreciate and value your business, and I am doing my best to get everyone's orders out just as quickly as possible! :)
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to message me, and I will get back to you, usually within 24-48 hrs. While the online Shop remains open 24/7, my home office is closed Noon Saturday to 9 am Monday morning, so that I can spend that time with my family. Weekend emails/messages will be returned Monday evening.
Standard Creation Times~Orders of 1-2 items are on a 3 week Creation time. Customs, and orders with 3 or More pieces are on a 4 week Creation time. Please note that is CREATION time, and does NOT include postal delivery time of an addit'l 3-7 days for US orders.
If your need your Pretties sooner, let me know, and I will do my best to work with you! Thank you for your understanding as I specially create each piece just for you! ;)
***QUANTITY AVAILABLE is for inventory tracking purposes so that I know how many can be made with materials available, and so I do not accidentally oversell an item. All items are made AT the time of order, and are not RTS unless specifically stated.
INTERNATIONAL Customers- PLEASE read my Shipping Policies BEFORE purchasing~Thank you!! :) As of January 27, 2013, the USPS postal rates have increased, and almost double for international orders.

US Shipping
•Shipping prices reflect USPS first class, packaging, and delivery confirmation. I will send you the tracking number as soon as your item has shipped.
International Shipping
•Canada- 7.70 first item, 1.50 each additional item
•Everywhere else- 12.00 first item, 1.00 each additional item
Differences of more than 1.00 in the shipping costs will be refunded
I have been charging 4.00 for international shipping, but after the Jan.27th, 2013 postal increases, it has actually been costing me between 8.80-12.00 to ship up to a 3 oz item!
•I ship to the address on file with Paypal. If you want me to ship to another address, please let me know in the "notes to seller" at checkout.
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
•All items are shipped USPS first Class, and International 1st Class Air
Mail. If you need a faster form of shipment, please contact me and we
can arrange another way of shipping for an additional cost
PLEASE NOTE- I Cannot be responsible for your package once it has been shipped at the Post Office!! If you are having a package shipped Overseas and would like a tracking number other than the Customs Number I provide, please contact me and I will give you a quote for Expedited shipping. Prices for that service START at 30.00 US- and that is Just shipping cost, I do not make any money off of that.

Refund Policy
These are handmade items. Every effort has been made to provide an accurate description, and photographed to the best of my ability. However, computer monitors do vary and slight color variations from your monitor to the actual product may occur.
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final, and there are no returns or exchanges.
I am human however, and if I have made a mistake in your order, I will work with you to make it right! To replace an incorrect item:
• Send me a convo within 7 days of receipt of your item
• A pic of the incorrect item
• If the original item you ordered is no longer available I can issue you your choice of a store credit of equal value
• Or, a full refund upon receipt of the returned item, in brand new unworn condition.
• Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• I will issue you a store credit in the amount of the return shipping.
